What is the Returns & Cancellations policy?
At ReeBaby we value customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of sale and issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask is that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. ReeBaby reserves the right to reject any return request if the product looks used or damaged.
What if the product received is different from what I ordered?
In case the product received is different from what you ordered, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days of receiving the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the shipping cost for any incorrect product delivered.
Return method & payment
We urge our customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Please do not accept an incorrect product. We will bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all refunds we will refund the amount through the same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery are not possible. We urge customers to inspect the goods before they accepting.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
Can I cancel an order immediately after placing it?
If you chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, you will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped, the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
